This workshop provides you with the knowledge, skills, and tools to be able to identify the causes of internal conflict and grievances within the workplace and how to manage appropriately, inline with legislation and ACAS code of practice.
Conflict can distract from day-to-day operations, customer service, and cause a significant impact on morale. Unresolved conflict leading to grievances can lead to talented individuals leaving the business taking their skills and knowledge with them.
This workshop will cover:
- The common causes of workplace conflict, as well as guidance on how to identify and resolve this
- The term grievance, and what this means in the reality of the workplace
- How to manage formal grievances within the workplace and the process to follow when doing this
