Hi there, I’m Nicki,
owner of HR Your Business Matters.

I started the business in 2016, having been in operational leadership and senior HR roles for 20 years!

I wanted to build a successful business, doing what I loved whilst also having the freedom and flexibility to enjoy life as I wanted. Its not a lot to ask, is it?!?!

Jump forward to the present, and the business has grown beyond all of my expectations.

Myself along with my HR Hero team, based in the beautiful location of Stamford, Lincolnshire but with clients nationwide, are busy supporting SME business owners and leaders just like you, with all things HR, Recruitment, and leadership development, including our signature People Academy management and leadership course.
